A simulation is a copy of daily work. Participants deliver a product or service to one or more customers. They have to meet the customers requests considering eg. quality and delivery time.
Facilitators take care of moments of reflection and learning to give the participants the opportunity to improve their performance step by step.
A simulation at least takes 1,5 days.
