Since an organizations managers as well as employees know best what is important in their own job, they can contribute a lot to improvement when given a setting to develop their work.
As a facilitator I built this setting while offering different methods to approach the topic involved. We generate new ideas and set up pilots to test them in the real world. Mostly we work in small groups.
This approach is suitable when you want:
- to solve “wicked” questions
- to analyze and improve a work process (in the service industry)
- to improve the relationship with a specific stakeholder.
